Rooms available for hire in Urrbrae House

The Main Hall and Minstrels Gallery in conjunction with the Dining Room and Drawing Room can be used for events such as receptions, cocktail parties and exhibition openings for up to 100 people.

The Dining Room which overlooks the Urrbrae House 20th Century Rose Garden accommodates table seating for up to 28 people for lunches and dinners.  The room can also be used for planning days, meetings and seminars for up to 16 people.  Please not that the room does not have data point access and because of its heritage funishings is not suitable for meetings where large poster displays need to be erected.

The Drawing Room which overlooks the Croquet Lawn accommodates up to 70 people seated in theatre style for concerts, lectures and meetings.  It is also suitable for small social functions and can accommodate hired tables seating for up to 45.

The Ball Room situated on the lower level of the House accommodates up to 100 people for small conferences, concerts and lectures.  The Ball Room can also be hired for Exhibitions.  For health and safety reasons it is not possible to serve food and drink in the Ball Room.  There is no disabled access to the Ball Room.

Urrbrae House Grounds including the Rose Garden accommodates up to 250 people for organisational celebrations, fund raising events, and private social functions.
